The Graduates Affairs website has been established to enhance awareness of graduation procedures, the process of canceling service obligations for graduates of the day-time programs, relevant educational bylaws and regulations, and to provide certain services as well as easy access to the required forms for the university’s graduates.

Conditions for Obtaining a Duplicate Graduation Document

A. Obtaining a Duplicate Temporary Graduation Certificate

  1. Completing the local affidavit form available on the university website and submitting it to the University Educational Affairs Office for issuance of the duplicate certificate.
  2. A copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the national ID card certified by a notary public office.
  3. Two photographs.

B. Obtaining a Duplicate Degree Certificate

  1. Completing the local affidavit form available on the website.
  2. Obtaining a notice of loss of the degree certificate (to obtain the notice, click here) and publishing it three times at two‑month intervals in widely circulated national newspapers.
  3. Copies of all pages of the birth certificate and a copy of the national ID card certified by a notary public office.
  4. Two photographs.

Note – Issuance of Duplicate Documents:

Applicants requesting a duplicate temporary certificate or degree certificate for the first time must pay a fee of 4,000,000 IRR (four hundred thousand tomans) to Bank Markazi, account number 4001107203019538, with identifier 390107260115505030514701700264. Payment can be made through the university’s online payment system (by visiting the university website, electronic payment system section, then the Educational and Research Vice‑Chancellor links, Graduates Affairs) or through manual bank deposit.

The payment receipt must be sent along with the other required documents to the Educational Affairs Office – Graduates Affairs Department. Applicants must also print the commitment form from the duplicate document issuance section, complete it, and submit it with the required documents.

After completing the above documents, they must be sent or delivered to the University Graduates Affairs Office.

Note: At present, the University Educational Affairs – Graduates Affairs Office processes graduation documents only through non‑in‑person (remote) procedures.
