Responsibilities of the Office:

• Identification: Identifying students across various academic disciplines eligible to benefit from exceptional talent bylaws and regulations.
• Academic Enrichment: Enhancing the academic level of these students by providing necessary resources and facilities, such as organizing special classes, participation in seminars, workshops, etc.
• Implementation: Executing and following up on circulars and regulations pertaining to these students.
• Welfare Support: Providing improved welfare facilities for these students, including housing (dormitories) and preferential financial aid.
• Budget Oversight: Monitoring and supervising the allocation and expenditure of funds dedicated to exceptional talents.
• Research & Conference Facilitation: Providing the necessary support for students to participate in domestic and international scientific conferences and workshops.
• Research Coordination: Coordinating with the University’s Vice-Chancellor for Research to support the implementation of scientific research projects conducted by distinguished students.
• Information Dissemination: Informing distinguished students about relevant bylaws and regulations.
• Counseling: Providing counseling services to distinguished university students.
• Incentive Planning: Developing appropriate plans for the financial and non-material encouragement of these students.
• General Guidance: Handling other matters related to the guidance and support of exceptional talents.

Special Privileges for Exceptional and Distinguished Students:

• Awarding book vouchers.
• Granting education loans via the Student Welfare Fund at three times the amount allocated to regular students.
• Possibility of participating in domestic and international scientific conferences to present papers (subject to specific conditions).
• Facilitating preparation for and participation in scientific Olympiads and competitions.
• Providing subsidies for attending training courses and funding student research projects (where applicable).
• Facilitating internet access.
• Granting privileges for using university library resources.
• Organizing short-term educational, recreational, and pilgrimage trips.
• Providing opportunities to participate in educational and research workshops.
